Biography: Umair Akram, currently working as a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing at School of Business and Management, RMIT University. I have completed Post-Doctoral fellowship from Guanghua school of Management, Peking University, Beijing China. I have been completed my PhD in Management science and engineering from school of economics and management, Beijing university of posts and telecommunications, Beijing, China. My research areas include online marketing, information systems, online purchase intention, social commerce, and mobile commerce etc. I have a strong independent and teamwork research skills. 
He has published more than 100 SSCI/SCI/EI impact factor, Scopus abstracted, and ABDC ranked journals that have been published with Emerald, Springer, Elsevier etc. He won best paper award in International conference on management science and engineering management in Japan 2018. He also won two emerald literati awards in 2018 and 2019.  He is working as an Editorial Board Member for the Management Decision (SSCI), European Journal of International Management (SSCI), International Journal of Emerging Markets (SSCI), Journal and Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations (ESCI/EI).  He was also the recipient of the “outstanding reviewer” by Human Systems Management in 2019 and has reviewed more than 200 articles indexed in the web of science to date. He is also working as an associate editor for Human Systems Management (ESCI/EI); Journal of Public Affairs (ESCI/SCOPUS), and Editor (Marketing) for Cogent Business and Management Journal (ESCI/SCOPUS); senior editor marketing for FIIB Business Review(ESCI/SCOPUS). I have 3 years of editorial experience in above mentioned journals.
