Accepted full papers will be published in the upcoming DMI 2026 conference proceedings in the book series
Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA).
The proceedings published in the Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications series (FAIA) cover a broad spectrum of artificial intelligence research, from theoretical foundations to applied and interdisciplinary applications. Across the series, three recurring areas stand out. First, FAIA presents foundational AI research, including work on machine learning, reasoning, knowledge representation, logic, and intelligent algorithms, which underpins progress across the field. Second, it showcases applied AI and intelligent systems, where AI techniques are developed, tested, and deployed in domains such as robotics, data analytics, software engineering, healthcare, law, and engineering. Third, FAIA highlights interdisciplinary and human centred perspectives, exploring how AI interacts with humans, organisations, and society through themes such as explainable and trustworthy AI, human–AI interaction, hybrid intelligence, ethics, and responsible innovation. Drawing on contributions from leading international conferences, the series provides a comprehensive and evolving picture of contemporary artificial intelligence research and practice.
All volumes within the FAIA series are indexed in Scopus; EI Compendex; Google Scholar. All volumes are submitted for individual evaluation by Web of Science: Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI); DBLP.
The past four conference proceedings (DMI2025, DMI2024, DMI2023 and DMI2022) have been published successively in Vol. 412, Vol. 403, Vol. 376 and Vol. 367 in the book series: Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA) by IOS Press, and all have been indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. smoothly within 1.5-3 months after publication.
