Registration Notices
1. The student registration fee is applicable only to the student who is the first author of a paper as a presenter. Please submit a copy of your student card or an official letter from your institution to the Conference Secretary along with other registration materials.2. Payment should be made in USD or CNY. Should you need to pay in another currency, please confirm with us before making payment. Any bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
3. The standard registration covers the publication of one accepted full-length paper (up to 7 pages, including all figures, tables, and references) in the conference proceedings. Extra pages will be charged at $60 USD per page starting from the 8th page, provided that the final edited version of the accepted paper is typeset according to the conference proceeding template in FAIA.
4. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact dmi@academicconf.com for details).
5. The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee or paper publication fee in related EI/SCI indexed journals.

- After logging into the system, click "more" - "Pay Registration Fee via Credit Card" to initiate an online payment request, and then complete the payment using the link received via email.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy
If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to a substitute delegate, then the following refund arrangements apply:All refund requests must be made in writing via email to the conference secretary at: dmi@academicconf.com
- Before June 24, 2026, a refund will be issued with a deduction of a 5% handling fee.
- From June 24 to July 24, 2026: 50% of payment Refund.
- After July 24, 2026: No refund.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of delays or force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as fires, earthquakes, or storms), strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or interventions, acts, restraints, or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any government. Additionally, no refunds will be provided if the visa application is denied.
