Biography: Saïd Elbanna is Research Professor of Strategic Management and Director of Center for Entrepreneurship & Organizational Excellence at College of Business & Economics, Qatar University (QU). He has more than 150 scholarly publications and serves on the editorial board of several international journals. He received 23 regional and international awards for research, teaching and service, including the best paper awards from several top tier international journals such as Journal of Management Studies, the Abdul Hameed Shoman Arab Researcher Award and being featured in the Stanford University's list of top 2 per cent scientists in the world (2020 - 2022). He collaborated in developing several graduate programs at several universities and built up a valuable professional competence by conducting more than 100 executive workshops and consultations and serving as a strategic advisor. More importantly, Dr. Elbanna believes that the genuine mission of educational institutions is to contribute to shaping the future of our communities by enabling people to reach and expand their potential and inculcating moral values in them. Toward this mission, he is passionately curious to exploit what he has learned to contribute to making a sustainable social impact through better enabling students, academicians, managers and policy makers to serve their organizations and society.
